This design follows on from the "Outpatient Clinic Booking" application. It allows Clinicians to add details to existing patients who have been scheduled for follow up appointments and create new records for new patients.

OUTPATIENT CLINIC LIST - RAPID PROTOTYPE DEMO
In the example below the clinician selects an existing patient who has been scheduled for a follow up appointment, adds a new presenting complaint "Chest Pain" then proceeds to carry out a physical examination. Upon completing the exam they have determined the source of the pain "Lower Abdomen" and updated the patients information accordingly.
